We hope you are enjoying the beautiful summer weather here in Washington!
As of June 5th, our school has officially wrapped up the 2024–2025 academic year with our Closing Ceremony and “Jangnal” Festival. We are now on summer break! We hope your Saturday mornings feel a little more relaxed, and that you are able to spend joyful, quality time with your loved ones this summer.
We would like to share some important information regarding registration for returning students and other updates. Please take a moment to review the details so you can prepare well for the upcoming school year. We kindly ask that you complete the registration within the given timeframe. We look forward to welcoming all of you back to Korean School in the upcoming school year!
1. 웹싸이트 전면 리뉴얼계획 및 새 학사관리시스템을 통한 등록 안내
: Website Renewal and Student Registration via New School Management System
현재 학교 웹사이트의 전면 리뉴얼을 하고 있습니다. 먼저 등록 관련한 학사관리시스템 웹싸이트를 오픈하니, 이 곳을 사용하셔서 설명드리는 두 번의 과정을 따라 재학생 등록을 해주시기를 부탁드립니다.
We are currently undergoing a full renewal of our school’s official website. In the meantime, we have opened a separate site through our new School Management System specifically for the student registration. We kindly ask all returning families to complete registration by following the two-step process provided on this new site.
1) 학생의 새로운 계정 생성 (1 학생, 1 계정)
Create a New Student Account (One Student, One Account)
학생의 고유의 ID 번호가 만들어집니다. 학생의 계정이 만들어진 후 바로 가을학기를 등록하실 수 있으십니다. 등록하신 이메일로 정해진 학생의 ID와 결정한 비밀번호의 내용이 모두 보내집니다. 앞으로 학생의 모든 학사관리가 이 계정에서 이루어집니다. 한국학교 관련한 모든 개별 기록을 보실 수 있으십니다.
Each student will be assigned a unique Student ID. Once the account is created, you will be able to proceed with registration for the fall semester right away. The student's ID number and the password you set will be sent to the email you provided during registration. Going forward, all academic records and school-related information will be managed through this account. You will be able to access all individual records related to your child’s experience at the Korean School.
2) 계정 로그인 후 2025-26 가을 학기 재학생 등록
Log in to the Account and Register for the 2025–2026 Fall Semester
- 만들어진 계정에서 자동로그인이 되어 바로 가을학기를 등록하실 수 있습니다.
- 학교의 모든 재학생들이 이 시스템을 처음 사용하여 새계정을 만들기에, 모든 학생들이 New로 시작됨을 양해부탁드립니다.
-> "재학생인 경우 지난 학급 Previous Class for Attending Student" : N/A 선택
-> "신입생 또는 지난 학기에 등록안 한 학생의 경우 New student or student who did not register last semester" : 이 내용은 무시해 주세요.
-> 선호하는 학급레벨 Desired Class Level: 전년도 학생의 반을 입력해주시면 됩니다.
- 새학년도 부터는 물가 인상으로 인한 등록금 인상이 있음에 양해 부탁드립니다.
: 한 학기 당 $250 (두번째 가족부터 $20 할인적용 / 저소득층을 위한 장학금은 따로 문의바랍니다. [email protected])
- Once the account is created, you will be automatically logged in and can proceed directly to register for the Fall semester.
- Since all returning students are using this new system for the first time, we kindly ask for your understanding that everyone will be starting as a “new” user in the system.

For “Previous Class for Attending Student”, please select N/A if your child is a returning student.

For “New student or student who did not register last semester”, you may ignore this section.

Under “Desired Class Level”, please enter the class your child was enrolled in last year.
